Needs loving home and special attention
Hi I'm Silver, thanks for checking me out! I was recently returned to FOCAS (isn't it wonderful they will always take back the cats and dogs adopted from the rescue!) because I grew intolerant of the family dog and would try to escape from the house any chance I could. It was really hard for my family to give me back, but they did because it was the best thing for me and I can't love them any more for doing so.
Where shall I begin?
Eight years ago, I was rescued with my siblings and 100's of other neglected and sick felines from a cat hoarder in North County. I was so small I fit in the palm of my foster mom's hand! While my siblings were healthy, I was very sick and ran numerous high fevers, the veterinarian didn't think I would make it but my foster family pulled me through! Because of the high temperatures I had as a kitten, I don't have the best motor-skills. The most noticeable is that my hind-legs wobble when I walk, I sort of sashay instead of strut, its adorable. trust me! I love to be pet, but i'm not a lap-cat and will need patience and time to get to know my new 'dog-free' family.
