This past weekend, FOCAS participated in the 1st Annual Doggie Street Festival (you can read more about this event here), and what a great event it was! An article from the San Diego Union-Tribune featured FOCAS in a story about the event where there were more than 30 adoption and rescue organizations in attendance.
“This is a time of great need for animals,” said Kathy Hensley, Relocation Program Director.
